per my previous revue, after much negotiation the car is back in hull and being repaired,since my last contact cars r uz have been nothing but helpfull they said our car was a one off thay fixing to a high standard and letting me get aa to inspect car before i re take delivery, they have been very polite and profesional with the after care noe recieved thankyou cars r uz for putting my faith back in hull car dealerships and my apologies for the previous 2 statements rebecca... |

still no joy from the dealer,he did say he would fix problems if we took it back,hence the problem its not roadworthy,his solution...join breakdown and get them to tow it back.so what do we do.get itfixed by local garage at cost of£1000+ or pay someone 300 pound to tow it hull and hope he does work i think option a is best idea hence trading standards and police are now involved .all i can say to any prospective buyer is please from my experience DONT buy a car from this garage you may end up paying more than money for the car if you do... |

after purchasing a land rover freelander from ian the owner at what we thought was a very reasonable price, we got home to scotland to find a small oil leak,oh well we thought nothing much, we then had a puncture our fault so decided to take it to garage to have a look at oil leak to.then our problems started the garage while looking for the oil leak found some very serious faults with the car,the list i have is endless but needless to say as it stands we now have a car that is un-roadworthy,bordering on dangerous,and our fine punto used as part exchange gone to this establishment,on phoning the owner we told by his asisitant ,we will sort something out, i hope they wiii but wont hold my breath.in a nutshell am saying before you buy a car from this car sales place get a independent mechanical report. my partner and i are feeling totally ripped off and to put the car roadworthy at least 1000 pound of work needed...... please be aware of this before you think you getting a great deal... |
