	* T0tally1ns4ne1012 I got a Seat Leon FR from them on finance with a personalised plate for £7,995 paid over 4 years by barclays personal finance. I had problems with the remote fob over and over again and they didn't want to know about it, Steve the car-sales executive was being quite rude to me at times when I phoned them to tell them about the problem and he came across as being very abrupt, he kept saying its nothing to do with us and kept directing me to the warranty service. The warranty just didn't want anything to do with it and I had to take it to kings Seat in North baddesley to have the problem sorted for £45 of my hard-earned money. Since then I also recently noticed that the car has had accident damage on the rear driver-side undercarridge (a huge upward dent in the floor-pan)and the damage area has been notified by being marked with white visible chalk. Meadens have not given me the copy of the advisory certificate issued by the MOT garage (Hendy Ford of Marchwood) and may have been hiding that from me to see. As from this experience from the poor customer service and damaged car they sold me with the so called comprehensive HPI check on the vehicle for peace of mind, I will not be buying a future car from meadens again and would advise people to look elsewhere!...
