New Skoda Octavia to grow bigger

The next Skoda Octavia will be bigger than the current car, allowing the manufacturer to offer a smaller, big-value model below it.

Skoda seven-seat SUV on the way

Skoda is planning a new seven-seat SUV that will fit above the Yeti in its range.

The new model is viewed internally as a ‘bigger brother’ to the successful Yeti. Skoda is not keen on squeezing an extra pair of seats into its existing SUV to create a Yeti+2, as Nissan has done with the Qashqai.

Skoda Citigo GT unlikely

Skoda has ruled out the possibility of a faster version of its Citigo, in the style of the Volkswagen Up GT, for the immediate future.
